Full Job Description

Required to lead on the operational and strategic aspects of Apprenticeships, you will work closely with the other Apprenticeship Manager and Executive team, to pro-actively support, lead and develop staff to deliver an exceptional learner experience.

You will need proven experience and expert knowledge of Apprenticeship provision, with inspirational leadership qualities, and the ability to build and develop highly effective and sustainable relationships with employers and external stakeholders.
You should therefore have a good understanding and awareness of apprenticeship and work based learning requirements and employer needs.

You should have a relevant degree or professional qualification and an Assessor Award, along with a maths and English at level 2 or equivalent., Disability Confident
