Apprenticeship Coach

Do you love fostering talent and guiding individuals towards success? We're looking for an Apprenticeship Coach to join our growing team, you'll need retail optical knowledge, coaching or training experience, and some lab experience.

As an Apprenticeship Coach, you'll embark on a rewarding journey of mentorship and development. Your role will involve a blend of virtual and in-person coaching sessions, ensuring that apprentices receive coaching tailored to their needs. You'll be the driver in their growth, providing constructive feedback, marking their progress with precision, and traveling from store to store to see your apprentices.

But that's not all - you'll also collaborate closely with store partners and managers, offering guidance and progress reviews on apprentices. Your knack for communication and advocacy for others will be pivotal in creating an encouraging learning environment. You'll be accountable for generating insightful reports, keeping on top of health and safety regulations, safeguarding protocols, PREVENT, and promoting Equality and Diversity within our apprenticeship programs. With your dedication to continued professional development, you'll have the opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that your knowledge is up to date with apprenticeship coaching practices.

This is a field-based role supporting the East Coast region. As such you will need to be based in or around the Norwich area to be able to support your allocated geographical region which will cover surrounding areas. As this is a field-based role, you will be entitled to a car allowance. You will also need a full, clean driving license.

Up to £33,000 DOE, plus benefits and bonus
