Full Job Description

  • Engaging with customers both over the phone and in person

  • Following up on viewing/valuation leads

  • Preparing diaries for the following day

  • Gathering feedback from viewings

  • Basic administration duties, Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Standard qualification

  • Level 2 Functional skills in either Maths or English (if required)

  • In house Training

  • Off the job training

  • End Point Assesment (EPA)

    Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Logical, Team working, Initiative, Patience, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Essential

    • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Essential, Junior estate agent

    Level 2 (GCSE)
