Full Job Description

The role is responsible for reporting daily sales and stock figures to suppliers.

What you will be doing

  • Daily data collection ensuring accurate input & corrections (where necessary) and closing out company systems (i6) ready for transmission.

  • Production of daily and periodic reports.

  • Maintain flight and sales volume data.

  • Arrange visitor passes, both temporary & full (Airport Gateway).

  • Communicate effectively with relevant suppliers & customers relating to stock accounting.

  • Meet & escort site visitors including the delivery of site induction presentation.

  • Assist site management in the recording of all HSE incidents.

  • Flight schedule management in i6

  • Review daily vehicle log sheets for accuracy and ensure continuity with the relevant system (i6)

  • Receive & record customer fuel requests.

  • Relay refuelling requests to operators.

  • Investigate & action customer queries.

  • Complete site purchase requests (IPOS)


  • Weekly Complete company staff labour report.

  • Update operational activity tracker.

  • Create weekly flight data

  • Reconcile month-end losses/gains

  • Complete ITP report (customer sales)

  • Send sales volumes/activity to suppliers & customers

  • Complete HSSE Report

  • Assist manager with monthly pay and overtime

  • Archive all sales data, in time order


  • Ad Hoc updating manuals - document history

  • Petty cash and banking

  • Record & track annual leave requests

  • Taking and typing minutes of meetings

  • Other duties as requested
