Actemium EV is a dedicated business unit to EV Charging solutions, with an increase in activity in this sector we are currently recruiting for an HR Officer to join our fast-paced expanding team.

The Role

As HR Officer, you will form part of the HR department and be point of contact for all HR related queries and assist in the everyday duties involved with HR. You will report directly to the HR Manager, your duties will involve a combination of HR generalist and administration duties such as helping out with recruitment, new employee onboarding, providing staff with advice on HR policies & procedures, absence management, holiday request management, performance management, employee communication, updating / maintaining HR information systems, payroll preparation and processing, completing statutory reports and organising staff travel arrangements. This is a varied role which will involve providing support to the HR Manager and Business Unit General Manager on a range of tasks / projects.

  • CIPD Qualification ideally

  • Ideally a couple of years HR Generalist experience - knowledge & working experience in the above HR areas

  • Excellent IT Skills / fully competent using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word / Excel

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills both verbal and written

  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills

  • Adaptable and flexible

  • Excellent teamwork skills

  • Good analytical, planning and organisational skills

  • Results focused, with ability to work on own initiative
