Full Job Description

Are you ready to play a crucial role in ensuring financial controls are upheld and commission payments are accurately processed for our Travel Consortium members and Personal Travel Agents? We're seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team in this dynamic role.
As an Accounts Assistant and Commission Analyst, you will ensure all appropriate controls for Travel Consortium members and PTAs are complied with, while building strong relationships and maintaining regular contact.
As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciling key balance sheet controls, identifying and explaining variances

  • Reviewing management information reports

  • Assisting the Finance and Commissions Manager in the production and review of the Consortium Dashboards

  • Processing Internal Adjustment/Fees for the Travel group

  • Maintaining key control accounts to ensure any potential risks are addressed in a timely manner

    Excellent IT skills, demonstrated competence in Office and Finance software packages

  • Intermediate skills in Excel

  • Experience in a Finance department/role is desirable

  • AAT qualification is desirable
