The Shipping & Logistics Co-Ordinator is responsible for supporting the Production and Customer Service teams to meet international customer requirements. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of smoke and fire curtain projects and sales order processing. You will assist the Customer Service Team Leader, to support day to day liaising with internal teams and deal directly with customers to ensure continuous market supply as necessary.

Establish operational relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including planning and coordinating activities required for product release

Be responsible for packaging, labelling, and shipping

Assist in developing project plans to monitor and report progress of projects

Coordinate production and transfer of materials between in-house production and external partners & customers

Provide advice and assistance to the logistics cell in Production in respect of export and transportation of products

Maintain packing lists via ERP system (Encore)

Effectively maintain, update and suggest improvements to internal processes and trackers

Ensure stakeholders are aware of any issues or/and deficiencies and ensure effective provision and monitoring of production, packaging, and release schedules
