To ensure our expert input is seen as value for money., The key task of this role is to support the in-house Reports Team by producing the report templates for medico-legal reports on all product types in cases of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury. The role involves the understanding and transfer of key information, from the Letter of Instruction and other medico-legal documents, to assist the report writing process of expert witnesses. This additionally includes, but is not limited to, joint statements, commentary reports, and source library updates., At times, the Reports Team Assistant may be required to assist in other S&A functions such as the training department (e.g., preparing training materials for courses).

The Reports Team Assistant will need to be proficient with MS Office, particularly Word, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to use their own initiative whilst also working as part of a small team. This role will require the ability to work under pressure as well as being able to deliver and complete tasks to strict deadlines., Excellent attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Outlook & Excel), as well as good keyboard skills

Able to interpret written information and translate this to a clear, well-structured format

Able to use own initiative and display a courteous and professional manner at all times
