An exciting opportunity has arisen with Five Children and Families Trust for a dedicated and skilled Receptionist to work 30 hours per week in Garston Children's Centre.
You will work as part of the wider children centre team, acting as our first point of contact, welcoming clients and visitors to our centre.
To be successful in the role we want someone who is:

Vibrant and understands our local context; ideally, you will have some knowledge of local services so that you can effectively signpost parents to other family services.

Positive, professional in their approach, especially when welcoming families and other visitors to the centre.

Flexible and willing to learn

An excellent communicator with a good telephone manner

Proficient in the use of a range of ICT applications

Familiar with office systems and processes

Extremely organised ensuring accurate recording of data, messages and other information at all times

Committed to making a difference to children and families.

Monday to Friday 9am-3.30pm (less half an hour lunch)

Annual leave allowance of 25 days with incremental increases every 2 years up to 30 days plus bank holidays
