Full Job Description
- Managing the workshop team
- Conducting 1-1s and performance reviews
- Contribute towards a positive work culture
- Scheduling work, and planning daily operations
- Supporting the General Aftersales Manager in providing high customer satisfaction results
- Ensuring Health and Safety and fire-safety requirements are met at all times
- Booking vehicles in to external dealerships/manufacturers for repairs and warranty work
- Liaising with sales team to ensure all sold vehicles are prepped within timeframes and to correct standard
Experience in a similar role (2 years) - Excellent attention to deal
- Customer Service focussed
- Well organised
- Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- IT Literate, with an ability to use dealer management systems such as Drive
