Weekend Support Worker

To provide a quality service to clients through ensuring a caring and supportive environment with in the residential service, clients' own homes or in any setting that their needs and choices require.

Support workers may provide support to individuals with a variety of needs such as Adults with learning disabilities or elderly clients. Support workers may provide care and support in any department appropriate to meet the needs of the company.

  Our Residential service offers 24 hour support and is registered for 19 clients from the age of 18+


Accommodation and care is tailored to the individual needs and person centered care is paramount within our ethos to help our clients lead a happy, dignified life, we aim to provide homely, comfortable and above all a happy environment.

We are located in Pocklington a picturesque and vibrant market town on the outskirts of York. The home is situated within an acre of grounds and provides individual units accommodating from one to four clients in each with regards to community and individual living.

We also have a designated domiciliary service for adults with learning disabilities, which is sensitive to the needs of the individual client to promote quality of life and to encourage maximum independence. We aim to provide care that is of high quality and individually designed to meet each clients unique needs and preferences.
