Full Job Description
- Carrying out goods in and goods out procedures. This involves taking receipt of returning stock deliveries, sorting stock into type, putting items through the wash up processes,packing stock into appropriate storage containers, and returning containers to the appropriate storage area. Picking and packing stock items ready for dispatch.
- Taking receipt of stock deliveries making sure all items on the delivery note are received.
- Reporting any shortfalls (goods in).
- Carrying out general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sweeping the warehouse and ensuring walkways are kept clear of obstructions.
- Carrying out stock counting as requested by the warehouse management team.
