Warehouse Operative

· To pick and pack customer orders to a high standard of accuracy and visual appeal.

· Receiving deliveries, checking them for accuracy and putting them away in the right location.

· Generating delivery notes and entering delivery information into the DPD online portal.

· Communicating with the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Supervisor and Sales team to ensure everyone knows about any problems with stock or a particular order.

· Housekeeping - keeping the working area clean, tidy, stocked up and generally ship-shape.

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is required
- Computer skills - you need to be able to competently use as computer.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5pm. We do not normally work Bank Holidays or weekends.
