Full Job Description

We are looking to hire a part time (15-18 hours per week) picker / packer to work in our Fulfilment E-Commerce business (3-month fixed term contract).

This is an exciting role for a dynamic educated person with good computer and customer service skills looking for a hands-on role in warehousing / E-Commerce / Fulfilment. Full training will be provided.

The role will involve working as part of a small friendly warehouse team with responsible including Pick and Pack, Amazon FBA packing & labelling, working with others to ensure that all customer orders are dispatched same working day., We require a part-time person on a 3 months Fixed Term contract to undertake Pick & Pack & Amazon FBA packing and labelling. The role will report to the Fulfilment Manager who with her team will provide full on the job training.

Main responsibilities for your role will include:

· Handling Good in and Goods out, Royal Mail plus lorry collections / Deliveries.

· E-Commerce Pick and Pack

· Pick & Pack Orders

· Pack Amazon Fulfilment Boxes

· Demonstrating best practice at all times

· Able to manage own time and resources effectively

· Forward planning especially during peaks and downtime

· Ensure a clean, tidy and safe work environment

· Ensure you adhere to all Health & Safety, Quality, Security and Environmental compliance standards

· Picking / Packing experience (preferable but not essential)

· Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a professional manner at all times

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

· Strong computer skills

· The candidate would demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness at all times to help colleagues and fit in as part of the team.

· Proven ability to take on new responsibilities

· Attention to detail, getting things right first time

· A good problem solver, able to show own initiative and demonstrate a common-sense approach to duties

· Demonstrate the ability and willingness to work flexibility and provide cover as determined by the needs of the business

· Physical demands - The role involves lifting and moving products up to 15kg in weight

Product Fulfilment is a stand-alone E-Commerce Fulfilment company owned by Thepaperbagstore Limited based in Chelmsford, Essex supplying ecommerce fulfilment services to a number to third party companies in both the food and non-food sectors.

This role is a 3 month Fixed Term Contract 15-18 hrs working Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9.00am/9:30am to 14:30pm/15.00pm. Occasional overtime may be available to meet operational needs.
