Warehouse Assistant

Global bubble tea and bubble waffle brand Bubbleology, is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, motivated, and organised Warehouse Assistant who is looking for the next challenge by joining a fast growing, fast pace, and evolving environment in supporting the warehousing and dispatch operations.,

• Serving customers, by picking orders correctly for our stores.


• Book deliveries for customers.


• Checking and sorting of incoming deliveries.


• Updating goods in spreadsheet & invoicing, so basic knowledge of excel helpful but not essential.


• Loading goods onto the van for outgoing deliveries.


• Quality control checks on outgoing deliveries.


• Keep the warehouse & facilities clean & tidy.


• Keep the yard clean and tidy.


• The possibility of driving the goods to stores as holiday cover for drivers.


• Delivering goods to customers.


• Unloading items and distributing shipment to Bubbleology sites.


• Helping with the weekly stock take.
  
  Physically fit, reliable and possessing a good eye for detail and accuracy.


• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.


• Punctual and able to work under pressure.


• Very proactive in initiating tasks and resolving issues.


• Friendly and approachable.


• Previous experience working in a warehouse is essential.


• Forklift (Flexi) license highly preferred, but not essential - training will be given.


• Having a clean driving license is a must.


• Due to the position involving driving a van, to apply you must be 25 or over for the company van insurance purposes.


• This also means a full clean driving license.


Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 2 years (preferred)


Ability to commute.

• Reliably commute due to location of the warehouse being in LU7.
