Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and addressing any customer concerns or requests. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner - Present menus and answer questions about menu items - Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure accuracy of orders and address any customer concerns or special requests - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales - Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting tables and refilling condiments - Collaborate with
kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Process customer payments accurately using cash handling procedures Skills: - Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure proper handling of food and beverages - Upselling skills to promote additional menu items and increase sales - Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with kitchen staff and other servers - Basic math skills for accurate order taking and processing payments Experience in the culinary or restaurant industry is preferred but not required. A background in hospitality is also beneficial.
