Swimming Instructor

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire individuals of all ages in the art of swimming. Duties: - Conduct swim lessons for individuals or small groups, focusing on water safety and stroke development - Create lesson plans and tailor instruction to meet the needs and skill levels of each participant - Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help swimmers improve their technique - Ensure a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing pool rules and maintaining proper supervision - Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding swimmer progress and any concerns - Assist with organizing and coordinating swim meets, events, and other related activities Skills: - Strong swimming skills and, knowledge of

various swimming strokes and techniques, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate swimmers of all ages - Passion for teaching and helping others achieve their goals - Ability to adapt instruction based on individual learning styles and abilities - Knowledge of water safety practices and procedures Please note that this is a paid position.
