  • Being understanding and supportive when times are tough; you'll become that friendly face for someone to talk and listen to, whilst supporting the client to tenancy sustainment.

  • Having difficult conversations with the people you support; being open and honest about the challenges and putting a plan in place together about what to do next.

A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a sense of curiosity and lots of imagination.

  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic team where people support each other and are happy to get stuck in.

  • Being able to work on own initiative and enjoy the challenge of an ever changing workload.

We will review applications regularly and may ask appropriate candidates into interview sooner.
