Ideally, you will have experience working in a social care/support setting. However, this is not essential as full training will be given. We are looking for someone who has a friendly personality, can work as part of a team, as well as under your own initiative. If you are the right person for us, we will be pleased to provide you with all the training you require to strive in your role.

Each day at Esther brings a kind of variety which means you will never feel stuck doing the same things day in day out, you will never be bored! You will be someone's support, advocate and confidant. You will work in a team that not only supports you and champions you, but will also laugh with you, cry with you and celebrate all the good times with you.

You will have bad days, you will have challenging days and you will have emotional days, but we can also promise that even in those challenging days you will always feel a sense of reward and fulfillment as you witness the difference that your care and support makes to a person's life.
