Profile
Team Management Train, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve store goals. Plan, organize, and delegate tasks for optimal team productivity. Deliver high customer service through effective team management. Produce team rotas and manage holidays. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews. Handle recruitment and liaise with HR for training needs. Ensure training and coaching follow company guidelines. Security Open and close the store per company policies. Manage key and access security. Implement security procedures and stock management policies. Conduct stock checks and audits. Reconcile tills daily and ensure proper cash handling and banking. Reporting Ensure accurate reporting of administration and stock control. Collate sales figures and provide reports as requested. Sales Provide friendly and memorable customer service. Maintain knowledge of product range and functions. Help with merchandise displays. Contribute to reaching sales targets and deliver
exceptional customer service. Care of the Store Keep the store clean and presentable. Ensure good visual merchandising standards. Implement and review Health and Safety policies. Communication Adhere to company policies and attend briefing sessions. Communicate confidently at all levels and present professionally. Understand and respect international customers' customs and culture. Product Knowledge Stay informed on new products and train colleagues. Ensure accurate and thorough product knowledge is provided to customers. Merchandising Display products according to company policies. Maintain high store presentation standards.

Flexibility to support the team and company with additional/different hours and locations as needed. Preferred: Experience
in retail and/or fashion accessories. Experience with international customers. Ability to communicate in multiple languages. Experience in training colleagues. Knowledge of Swatch and Flik Flak products.
