Full Job Description

You'll process the monthly payroll ensuring the highest standards of accuracy within the agreed timeframes. You'll ensure that data is entered and maintained in the Payroll system so that it is correct and up to date whilst meeting or exceeding set SLAs and critical metrics., Monthly payrolls, together with yearend submissions, ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements, and dealing with any subsequent queries Maintenance of all payroll records and systems Accurate and timely input of monthly payroll data including overtime, bonuses, new starters, leavers, sickness and contractual amendments Monthly payroll reconciliation Tax year end duties including P11D's + P60s Supporting of Audits through data gathering Responses to both Internal and external payroll queries in a timely manner Ensuring payroll processes and key controls are followed and kept up to date

In-house payroll ADP IHCM Working to deadlines with excellent attention to detail Excel (including Pivot tables and Vlookups) Working in a dynamic organisation Confidentiality Multi-tasking, prioritising workload and juggling conflicting priorities Statutory and legislative requirements
