Site Manager

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and assisting with all aspects on Sandell sites.

Daily Duties

• Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager


• Ensuring the site is presentable at all times


• Controlling various subcontractors


• Enforcing Health and Safety Policies


• Checking subcontractor RAMS


• Site Inductions


• Ability in working to designated programmes
  
  First Aid


SMSTS or equivalent desirable

Skills

Good knowledge of Refurbishment works

Effective communication and administration skills

Ability to travel to sites
