Full Job Description

We are looking for a strong individual with exceptional communication and customer care skills to manage and take ownership of the Aftersales customer relationship journey and develop long term customer relationships. You will be working with our Aftersales Team at one of our Dealerships in Weston super Mare.
You will need to be a real 'people person' and ideally will currently be working in a customer facing role, potentially in the retail sector. Previous experience of working in the automotive sector is not essential. Your working week will take place from Monday to Friday - No weekends!
Key Duties include -

  • To be the key touch point for all customer interactions in our vibrant retail environment. As a fast paced highly customer centric business this role will be to help facilitate exceptional customer experience on every visit. Working as part of a larger relationship team means that this will provide a fabulous working environment where fresh ideas and intuition are welcomed.

  • You will be a main conduit between our busy sales and aftersales facilities, providing a high level of expertise in sales customer retention, using the tools provided by the business, to ensure the customer only wants a Howards experience for their next showroom or aftersales visit.


  • The successful candidate in this role will be someone looking to grow with a business and that can demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in the workplace. The world of motor retailing is changing at pace so someone that can think on their feet is essential.

  • Knowledge of IT and use of software packages

  • At least 3 GCSE's at grade c or above or equivalent experience

  • Customer Service Experience desirable

  • Hold a full and valid driving licence

    You will be trained and developed to achieve a Customer Relationship Manager role with the Aftersales Team; with the promise of a higher basic salary and other bonus opportunities
