As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality hair and beauty services to our clients. Duties:
- Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, makeup application,
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and beauty
- Recommend appropriate products and treatments to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment
- Upsell salon products and services to maximize revenue
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive salon experience for clients
- Act as a mentor to junior stylists, providing guidance and support in their professional development

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Strong knowledge of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Proficiency in makeup application techniques
- Ability to upsell salon products and services
- Familiarity with store management procedures is an asset
- Barbering skills are desirable
- Ability to mentor and guide junior stylists in their career development
