Full Job Description

Achievement and delivery of Matchday Hospitality, C & E and Events as part of the revenue targets for Venue Sales

- Delivery of Matchday and ongoing events associated with Venue Sales

- Proactively searching for new clients and introducing them to Gloucester Rugby

- Developing and maintaining current relationships with the Venue Sales customer base.

- Reporting results to the Head of Venue Sales.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities for Matchday Hospitality.

· Identify and prospect new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into successful sales.

· Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, good telephone manner, and enjoy working with customers both on the phone and face to face.

· Ability to work in a target orienteered environment and have a good working knowledge of MS Office progammes.

· Have a good overall understanding and knowledge of stadia, and conference and exhibition facilities.

To be flexible with shift patterns in line with the needs of the business. There may be the requirement to meet clients on a weekend or evening as well as working match days.
