Full Job Description

Promote the business objectives and strategies through meticulous adherence to project processes, while providing guidance and support to team members., Maintain a professional demeanour representing oneself, the department, and the company.
Efficiently manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication on project status and requirements.
Provide support to program management by overseeing multiple projects.
Align projects with strategic business objectives and establish SMART goals in collaboration with project managers.
Offer mentorship and coaching to project managers, fostering their professional development.
Motivate project teams to achieve milestones.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including budget estimation, scoping, and scheduling.
Coordinate internal and external resources for project delivery.
Cultivate and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Lead project review meetings with stakeholders at various levels.
Assist in managing engineering change processes and support financial reporting.
Maintain project documentation for monthly reviews.
Identify and mitigate project risks, collaborating with stakeholders.
Support the development of new project proposals.
Manage and update the project team's SharePoint platform.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality requirements.
+ Act as a role model for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and product safety standards.
+ Assist in maintaining quality certifications and adherence to relevant guidelines.
+ Support other departmental activities as required by the line manager.

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
+ Project management qualification preferred but not mandatory.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Exceptional organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
+ Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
+ Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management.
+ Experience in automotive or industrial project delivery preferred.
+ Familiarity with business stakeholder engagement and full project lifecycle.
+ Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and related technology.
+ Ability to lead, problem-solve, and effectively communicate with interpersonal skills.
