  • Work with Storyblok's dynamic legal team and support Storyblok in growing internationally and play a vital role in our day-to-day operations in EMEA. As a legal associate you will be responsible for legal negotiations mainly with suppliers, partners, GDPR related topics, research and assisting the team in different projects. Moreover, you will be able to build and develop together with the legal team policies, processes and guidelines to maintain proper documentation.   • Be responsible for the vendor management processes (legal & data security aspects) such as reviewing and redlining supplier, service or marketing agreements (MSA, GTC/ToS, MSA, DPA, and other legal agreements)

  • Be responsible for all the GDPR related topics such as transfer impact assessment, answer GDPR related questions, etc.

  • Be responsible for the review of partnership agreements with our partners in EMEA & APAC.

  • Be part of HR related projects & provide support for certain topics

  • Support the legal team in providing training to different teams (e.g. prepare and structure the information for training)

  • Support the legal team to build and maintain documentation for the whole team

  • Assist the legal team with different administrative tasks and projects

  • Legal research for topics requested from the team.

  • Be an active part in our yearly legal review and legal improvement process - support in preparing the agenda & documentation as per the instructions of the legal team manager.

    Law Degree in an EU country

  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal processes

  • 1-3 years of experience in reviewing and redlining contracts. SaaS experience would be preferred.

  • GDPR and data security understanding/knowledge is preferable but not a must., Excellent English language skills

  • Good negotiation and communication skills

  • Interested to learn fast and participate in different legal projects

  • Ability to analyze the needs of different parties quickly and provide a solution

  • Reliable and accurate working style, attention to detail

  • Good organizational skills & well structured

  • High motivation to build a project from scratch, rethink, and rework existing processes
