This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.

15+ years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth. Proven track record of growing SW/SaaS revenue to tens of millions of dollars in ARR at scale. Ability to craft and execute a sales strategy effectively. Experience with sales and organizational transformation. Strong strategic planning and execution skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach. Make data-driven decisions to improve performance. experience of general management/commercial leadership experience in complex technology solutions. Experience and deep understanding of Solutions eco-system, offerings, and business models; SaaS, PaaS, etc. Exemplify agile leadership in a high paced environment experience. Experienced international leader of people, able to inspire and build followship. History of developing others, recruiting top talent, and getting them to collaborate as a high-functioning team.
