Senior Care Assistant / Care Assistant

Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Update care plans based on individual resident needs
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the Senior staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. This position requires excellent communication skills, ability to work well alone and as a team., Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable but not essential.

- Ability to understand and follow care plans accurately
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with residents and staff
