Seasonal Chef Kitchen Manager

We are looking to recruit a lead chef for the season of 2024 here at Macdonald's farm to support the smooth running of our kitchen.

Its an exciting season for us with a newly refurbished commercial kitchen to run plus we offer breakfast, stunning wood fired pizzas headed up by our pizza chef and this year a new evening BBQ inspired menu with smoked meat in our commercial smoker and an exciting burger menu with the sides. Our kitchen is open 5 evenings a week and 7 days a week for breakfast.

We are a small touring and camping park which also has a bar/cafe and petting farm on site and is located in a stunning location within a 5min walk to Porthcothan beach in the middle of the Seven Bays between Newquay and Padstow.

Reporting to the Owners, You will be in charge of the small team ensuring quality is maintained in service. we are looking for an experienced person who is hands on, has a can-do attitude and is inspired to drive our business forward in this thriving industry. Previous experience is a must.
