Saw Operative

Woodlands Home & Garden Group is a market leader in the manufacture of garden buildings, including sheds, summerhouses and log cabins. With three sites in Rodley (LS13), Thornbury (BD3) and Horsforth (LS18) our sales have grown rapidly and we are now looking to expand our team of people - could you be the person we are looking for?

You will be part of a team of manufacturers based at out site in Rodley (LS13) with a great support network to help you learn the job. This role involves operating saws and at all times complying with departmental instructions health and safety guidelines. You would be required to read from drawings to determine size of cut material required in line with specifications. You would also be required to check quality of the timber and accuracy of produced timber lengths. You will need to work accurately and quickly and to targets and deadlines.
