Resource Administrator

As a Resource Administrator, you will work closely with the Resourcing Team and Locums, and will be responsible in maintaining our ever-growing Database, processing Locum payments, and ensuring our stores are safe and legal at all times through ongoing compliance checks.,

• Building stakeholder relationships - some of the stakeholders you will work with are Deployment Leads, Professional Services / CGO's, Store Teams, Locums


• Arrange and send payment files twice a month


• Deal with any Locum Payment queries


• Manage new Locum Registrations, ensuring all mandatory documents are uploaded and correct


• Complete ongoing compliance checks


• Locum Password resets


• Works closely with Deployment Leads regarding the Locum feedback process


• Maintain and manage the shared inbox which includes all queries, and cancellation requests


• Monitor Locum booking behaviours, highlighting where service drops below business expectations
  
  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels


• A high level of computer literacy


• Excellent organisational skills, including workload management


• Available to work weekends on a rota basis


• Adaptable and able to help find solutions


• Ability to work at pace
