Request For Quote (RFQ) Controller

· Adopt a best practice culture on all aspects of Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance with policies and legislation

· Use HR Management System to request your holidays, sickness, absence, and appointments

· Ensure you are at your place of work on time and wearing the correct uniform and PPE provided

· Abide by all customer rules and standards when working on their site

· Perform an active role in support of both your own and company Continuous Improvement

· Work shift patterns and out of hours work when required

· Continuously work towards your KPIs

Role Specific Responsibilities:

· Sending and following up on request for quotations across the aftermarket supply chain

· Provide accurate feedback to internal and external customers and vendors

· Work with Rolls Royce Control Systems Manufacturing quote focal to clear open manufactured quotes

· Maintain the aftermarket Request for Quotation system

· Liaise with Rolls Royce Control Systems Engineering and MRPC's on Vendor quotation issues.

· Liaise with Collins Aerospace Pricing analyst on new and open quotations

· Strong communication skills at all levels.

· Previous experience working within Administration is desirable

· Previous experience working within supply chain roles is desirable
