Are you ready to take on the role of a Regional Retail Manager? You'll be responsible for increasing sales and profits by developing and achieving a dynamic business plan for your region. You will focus on achieving targets , with routine performance appraisals. Your responsibilities will include making crucial business decisions, offering guidance on trading opportunities, and skilfully managing risks to ensure consistent income and profit growth. A day in the life of a Regional Retail Manager will involve:

  • Being liable for driving income growth and controlling expenditure to achieve net profit objectives.

  • Directing a team of Cluster and Shop Managers, enabling them to deliver regional strategy, implementing robust support structures enabling them to meet their own targets.

  • Exploring further added value trading opportunities and support your teams to implement ideas.

  • Managing vehicle logistics and stock movement across the region.

  • Leading on programmes to grow the quality, quantity and diversity of the retail volunteer base in the area.

    Are you a Retail or Service Management professional with experience of managing multi-site activity? Would you like to utilise your skills to make a real difference to people in crisis?, Retail or service management experience at Area Management level or higher.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills for building relationships with stakeholders, and supporting staff well-being.

  • Track record in developing and achieving business strategies using data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent organisational skills, adept at managing multiple projects, and IT proficient (Microsoft Office & Zoom).

  • Full driving license required for a hybrid office and site-based role (car provided).
