Join our dynamic team and unlock your Superpower as a Records Management Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of managing key records management systems and processes critical to the success of our capital schemes and projects. Your role will involve maintaining essential registers for project authorisations and ensuring seamless administration across various project workflows.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

  • Spearheading Records Retention Schedule management for the Asset Operations business unit.

  • Facilitating Design Assurance resource allocation to support project needs, including liaison with engineering teams and external consultancies.

  • Overseeing Relay Setting workflows and generating insightful KPI reports bi-monthly.

  • Investigating and resolving Relay Setting workflow faults with the support of our IT team.

  • Managing CPM Tracked Project Folders to streamline project documentation.

  • Handling derogation requests, Commissioning Officer applications, and Design Assurance Engineer applications, ensuring database integrity.

  • Facilitating IT application access requests to ensure smooth operations.

  • Providing timely responses to queries from internal and external stakeholders across multiple email accounts.

    Proficiency in IT system used for records management - Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System.

  • Experience in records keeping.

  • Strong background in project administration with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Thorough understanding of Health and Safety protocols.

  • Familiarity with CDM regulations and ensuring accurate record capture.

  • Knowledge of Quality Management principles.

  • Experience working with formal contracts.

  • £39,000 to £49,479 pa + Excellent Benefits

  • 37 Hours per week Monday to Friday.

  • Enhanced holiday package - 26 days plus 8 statutory days.
