Full Job Description

  • Arranging viewings

  • Receiving feedback and taking initial offers

  • Obtaining valuations

  • Nurturing existing client relationships

  • Generating new business

  • Staying updated on local residential property market trends

    Excellent communication skills for client interactions in person, over the phone, and via email

  • Friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented

  • Strong IT and administrative skills, Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build rapport and long-standing relationships quickly

  • Team player with the ability to work independently

  • Training provided for the in-house agency system

  • Calm under pressure, proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic

  • Knowledge of the local area

  • Valid driving license required, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)


  • Language:
  • English (required)

  • Driving Licence (required)
