Full Job Description

In this role you will ensure all guests and visitors are given a friendly and professional welcome, whilst maintaining security of our Home. You would also assist the management team with administration duties as and when necessary., As the homes Receptionist, you will:

Deal with general correspondence and administrative matters
Deal with telephone queries and enquiries as necessary
General filing, photocopying and organization of systems

  • GCSE in Math's and English or equivalent

  • Previous Receptionist Experience

  • Professional and confident telephone manner

  • An understanding of Confidentiality

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
