Full Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Lead who will provide Quality Leadership to ensure that we continue to meet key objectives in the implementation and maintenance of our robust and fully compliant Quality Management Systems.,

  • The role requires a hands-on approach, liaising with all Departments to maintain a robust quality assurance culture and environment in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and other accreditations e.g. Fit for Nuclear (F4N).

  • The Quality Lead will be an integral part of the QHSE team and will be instrumental in ensuring that we maintain and continue to improve our ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 certified status.

  • Control of day-to-day Quality requirements to ensure that the products and services we provide are fully compliant with client or global specifications and Legislative requirements.

  • Ensuring that processes are lean, compliant, user-friendly and are well understood throughout the company.

  • Ensure product quality requirements are met internally, ensuring effective and efficient controls are implemented and maintained, and throughout the supply chain during product manufacturing.

  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with the regulations and standards applicable to the product.

  • Provide training to company employees in relevant areas of the Quality System.

  • Participate in the Quality System audit processes, including supplier evaluations and audits.

  • Demonstrate collaborative leadership, being able to collaborate across multiple functions, beyond Quality.

  • Ensure interactions with colleagues/stakeholders fully reflect the company values.

    A good knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards, a sound understanding of industry standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, BS EN ISO 10204, BS EN 12266 etc. and a good technical understanding preferably within the valve industry is required.


  • This position will be a full-time role in our Congleton Facility with occasional travel when needed to suppliers or one of our other UK facilities.,
