Property Manager

Due to our continued business growth, we are currently recruiting for a PROPERTY MANAGER to join the LEEDS and SHEFFIELD teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing a large property portfolio of single lets and HMOs located in Leeds and Sheffield., Your duties will include:

• The management of a portfolio of single let properties and HMO's located in Leeds and Sheffield


• Liaising with the managing agents for each property regarding AST renewals, rental income, rent increases, maintenance issues, etc.


• Liaising with Contractors for maintenance quotes and repair works.


• Oversee and sign off any maintenance/repair works necessary for each property


• Carry out biannual property inspections


• Liaising with the councils and utility service providers


• Preparing the monthly Cashflow Statement (Excel)


• Reconciling multiple monthly rental income statements


• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports of income and expenditure (Excel)


• Preparing a monthly report of the status of each property
  
  We seek an individual who is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives on solving problems with a 'solution-oriented' mindset. The ideal candidate will approach property portfolio management with a sense of ownership and responsibility, treating it as if it were their own., At least 5 years' experience of property management (single lets and HMO's)


• Strong Excel and admin skills


• Use of own mobile phone & own laptop


• Must be able to drive with a clean driving licence


• Access to a car, Property Management: 5 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

• Drivers Licence and your own vehicle (required)
