Full Job Description

A day in the life of a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Coventry

  • Managing a team of property managers

  • Leading daily meetings with the Property Management team

  • Coaching the team to achieve KSI's

  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)

  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.

  • Property inspections

  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals

  • Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties

  • Deposit returns

  • Resolving rental arrears

  • Processing eviction requests

  • Ensuring all properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

  • Managing complaints

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings

  • Creates and encourages a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment

  • Develop your team, to advance their careers

  • Communicate effectively

  • Create and maintain strong relationships with all clients

  • Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation

  • Outstanding customer service

  • Basic IT skills

    Basic salary range of £28,500 to £39,000 per year, dependent on experience

  • Up to £7,200 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)

  • A further £3,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)

  • Minimum on-target earnings of £39,425+ per year

  • Company Car, or a monthly Car Allowance

  • Fixed working hours (08:30-18:00 (weekdays), 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday's, with a day back in lieu), We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)

  • We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:

  • Passport/Birth Certificate
