Project Manager
6 - 9 Month FTC
Remote role with occasional travel to Bristol (1-2 times a month)
The Role
As Project Manager you will be accountable for delivery of a variety of projects within Bupa Dental Care. The role is to support the PMO team to deliver change within the business and will involve business improvement, security, clinical, financial and IT infrastructure change at head office and at our clinical practices across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
You will work with a variety of stakeholders including company executives, clinical leads, heads of departments, operational and IT teams to achieve a smooth, successful, safe product delivery.
The key responsibilities include the following:
+ Meeting with management and stakeholders to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.
+ Developing detailed project plans to guide dental execs, stakeholders and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements.
+ Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members.
+ Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery.
+ Compiling and submitting project status reports to management and other stakeholders.
+ Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.
+ Providing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
+ Produce & maintain project RAID logs.
+ Identify any areas of risk and agree mitigation plans with relevant stakeholders.

+ Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
+ Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
+ Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
+ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
+ Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
+ Strong working knowledge of project management tools. (Microsoft Project)
+ PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification.
