Production Operative

We currently have a vacancy to join our team of Production Operatives who are responsible for the production of an extensive range of remanufactured commercial vehicle braking products including brake calipers, brake shoes, brake shoes reline, power steering boxes and air brake components. The role involves the dismantling, cleaning, shotblasting, spraying and reassembly of commercial vehicle braking components. Manual handling of heavy components is required throughout each process.

You will be accustomed to working in an industrial production environment. Experience in the commercial vehicle industry is desirable, or you may have a background in, welding, manual spray painting, plating, parts preparation or shot blasting.

As a member of a small team, you will be a strong team worker, prepared to be flexible in your approach, working in each section as required. You will use your initiative and be open to learning new skills and developing your knowledge.
