  • The role and responsibilities of the Product Manager:

    We are seeking a driven and passionate Product Manager to take ownership of the strategic development and ongoing success of our empower Employee Relations Case Management solution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and execute initiatives aligned with the needs of HR professionals and AdviserPlus's overall business objectives. This role also includes:
  • Developing a deep understanding of the Employee Relations landscape, including best practices, compliance requirements, and evolving trends. Creating and executing a compelling product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic vision.

  • Immersing yourself in the challenges faced by HR teams managing employee relations cases. Understand pain points, workflows, and the ideal outcomes that empower aims to deliver.

  • Conducting market research, analyse competitor offerings, and gather ongoing customer feedback to identify opportunities to enhance empower's case management capabilities.

  • Working closely with sales, marketing, development, and customer support teams to streamline case workflows, effective go-to-market strategies, and the resolution of customer issues.

  • Translating the product roadmap into a prioritised backlog. Define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and development timelines.

  • Establishing KPIs, monitor product performance, utilise analytics tools, and leverage data to inform product iterations and optimisation.

  • Ensuring the proposition is supported by appropriate internal- and external-facing documentation, with timely dissemination of information supporting product change.

  • Serving as an internal and external champion of the empower product, articulating its value proposition and key benefits for HR professionals.

  • Line management of a small team of Product Owners / Business Analysts.

    Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management, preferably within the HR software, Employee Relations and / or SaaS industry.

  • Ability to think strategically, analyse market trends, and translate insights into a compelling product vision and actionable plans.

  • Passionate about understanding the needs of HR professionals and building solutions that deliver exceptional value and user experience in case management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.

  • Proficient in utilising data analytics tools to measure product success and inform decision-making.

  • Batchelors degree required in a relevant field (business, technology, HR, or related).


  • Desirable
  • Experience with Employee Relations case management software or HRIS systems.

  • Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements (would be specific to the country of operation).

  • Agile methodologies and project management experience.
