Product Buyer (12m Ftc Maternity Cover)

Join us as our Product Buyer for Womenswear to drive a customer-centric product strategy and assortment through leveraging robust insights across commercial, market and customer.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract as maternity cover.

As a Product Buyer, Womenswear you'll work hand in hand with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Sourcing, Design, Product Development, Brand, and Finance to deliver commercially ready products.

• Delivering a customer-centric category product strategy and seasonal range plan through insights across commercial, market and customer.


• Owning assortment structure within our system, PLM, ensuring all attributes are accurately filled to support the planning and analysis of the line.


• Driving competitor analysis; cascading relevant takeaways & actions to our cross-functional stakeholders.


• Owning the 'Voice of Customer' research initiatives for your categories, ensuring that we are incorporating feedback into our ranges.


• Weekly, monthly and seasonal analysis to drive growth & profitability.


• Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure synergy between product, investment and GTM strategy.


• Control tower of our critical path; ensuring the right product delivers at the right time to our customer.


• Lead, coach, and develop any direct reports.

• Establishing assortment architecture benchmarks for effective category management.


• Ensuring profitability through sound financial analysis and strategic initiatives.

• Demonstrated commercial acumen.


• Retail and commercial environment experience.


• Knowledge of global sports or fashion markets.

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
