Full Job Description

The role:

This is a key role within the Payroll team, supporting the Head of Payroll in the timely delivery of the in-house payroll. Duties will include:

· Weekly exception reporting for all payrolls including UK, EU & US.

· Completing both hourly and salary payroll information in line with the payroll deadlines including statutory payment calculations.

· Calculating overtime and holiday adjustments.

· Accurately inputting payroll data into the Sage payroll system.

· Payroll onboarding tasks including presenting pension information to new starters.

· Building and maintaining effective working relationships with the HR and Payroll team.

· Supporting the Head of Payroll on ad-hoc projects.

This is a permanent position with hybrid working in the office and from home. Hours of work will be around 25 hours per week between Monday to Friday (exact hours can be discussed during the interview process).

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some payroll knowledge and/or experience. A payroll qualification is also advantageous but not essential.

You must have the following skills:

· Outstanding attention to detail

· IT literate and proficient in all key Microsoft packages

· Deadline focused with proven organisational and planning skills

· Confident communicator
