Full Job Description

We have now a unique and exciting opportunity for a new Parts Coordinator for the Water and Waste Aftersales business, based in UK, Poole, Dorset.

As the Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing spare parts orders that come directly from the customer to the Aftersales team. You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in delivering a professional and efficient response to all customer orders.

What will you be doing?

  • As the Parts Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Act as a contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non - conformities.

  • Act as a link between the customer and the various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.

  • Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.

  • Ensure highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.

  • Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotations and orders.

  • Actively follow-up the order book with the sales team.

  • Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings.

  • Maintain and develop knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs.

  • Follow up and communicate parts deliveries information accordingly in a timely manner to customers.

    You are confident in coordinating and prioritizing daily activities and urgent requests with relevant colleagues in order to find a satisfactory solution.

  • Experienced in providing exceptional internal and external customer service.

  • Experience in direct handling of quotations and orders.

  • Advanced Office tools skills

  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in the English language, both verbal and written.

  • A team player with a "Doer" attitude.

  • Parts Coordination Management related experience would be considered advantageous.

  • Working knowledge of SAP advantageous.
