Full Job Description

  • Source and allocate parts

  • Stock monitoring

  • Answer phone calls, emails and walk ins from customers

  • Taking orders from customers

  • Ensure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.

    Minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent (A-C/9-4 in English and maths required)

  • Excellent customer service

  • Team Player

  • Able to motivate yourself when working on own

  • Effective communicator

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to plan ahead effectively and prioritise

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Highly responsive but organised in approach

  • Good IT skills

    Salary: £6.40 per hour

  • Once qualified a starting salary of £30,000


    • Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
