Packing Operative

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trade Packer. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are properly packed and prepared for shipment. Mark and label bags, containers, or products using marking tool and labels.

Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.

Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met.

Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.

Load materials and products into package processing equipment and placing them on the quality control shelf.

Liaise with stock control supervisor about defective products, product placement or product issues.

Adhere to company policy and procedure for safe working.

Meet company stats and targets.

40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with one hour of unpaid breaks during the day.

Free parking is available on site.

Experience is not essential as full training will be given.

Must be reliable and have a positive and friendly attitude.
