Office Assistant

Customer Service (50%)

You will be THE customer service department for Everfresh Natural Foods providing a front facing service to match our brand ethos and values. You will need to be friendly, articulate, with a 'can do' attitude always with our brand reputation at the forefront of your interactions. This will include;

• taking calls from our wholesale customers and assisting with account management, therefore a good degree of rapport building is required!


• Take calls from online customers, logging and reporting on compliments and complaints and dealing with refunds or resends as required


• Monitor various customer focused email inboxes and respond to customers where necessary or triaging and escalating to the production manager or otherwise as required


Operations & Production Administration (50%)

• Invoice wholesale customers as required when orders are dispatched


• Organise freight and customs clearance for Everfresh EU based businesses and liaise with the production manager to ensure collection takes place on time


• Place orders for raw materials from time to time with direction from the production manager


• Processing sales orders and updating key production logs


• Maintaining goods-in and account payable records


Adhoc Business Support

• Support management in the co-ordination of induction for new employees including owning the company induction, ordering PPE and organising relevant training (where needed)


• Support management in creating a fun and positive working environment, organising occasional team events, co-ordinating recognition opportunities, monitoring the suggestion box, helping implement improvements and generally bringing an all-round positive vibe to the office


• You may also help us in managing our social media content and accounts, if you're creative and have a keen interest
  
  This role is an essential support to the running of Everfresh Natural Foods and we are looking for someone who is willing to 'muck in' when needed, able to work independently, and someone who is looking for development opportunities to benefit their own career progression whilst the business grows at pace., You have incredible attention to detail

Your Experience;

• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service in a customer facing role


• Demonstrated administrative experience


• Worked as part of a small team and can demonstrate working independently


• Whizzy MS Excel skills and a confident user of other MS Office applications


• EU freight forwarding experience (desired but not essential)


• Organic food production or bakery experience (desired but not essential)


• Experience using SAGE 50 software (desired but not essential)
  
  Based in Frampton on Severn near Whitminster, is Everfresh Natural Foods bakery. We are currently a small team of committed people on a mission to produce the most scrumptious organic loaves, breads and cakes to the vegan and health food market globally, using 100% sprouted whole grains, making our products entirely free of additives, preservatives, refined sugar, dairy and eggs. Our fascinating production process means we deliver not only on taste but on a long shelf life too. Due to expansion in production and projected growth in sales forecast, we are looking to add to our team in the office with a newly created customer facing office admin role to support our Operations and Production Management team.
