Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient office procedures, and supporting the team with various secretarial tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events

- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails

- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment

- Responsible for Health and Safety of the office and it's employees including implentation of policy, assessments and annual audits.

- Assist finance with purchasing, cashflow forecasts, budget and forecast activities

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Familiarity with MS Office, Dynamix AX and other office tools

- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
